1. Services Covered

  • Program deposits and tuition payments

  • Transcript requests

  • Payment plans or invoicing arrangements

2. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when submitting any form, booking a consultation, requesting a transcript, or enrolling in a program.

Failure to provide accurate information may delay or prevent service delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

3. Admissions and Enrollment

Enrollment in a program is not guaranteed by inquiry alone. Admission may require:

  • Verification of identity

  • Proof of education

  • Proof of eligibility or prerequisites

  • Submission of required documentation

  • We reserve the right to deny enrollment if requirements are not met or documentation cannot be verified.

4. Program Prerequisites

Certain courses require proof of prior certification or licensure. If you cannot provide the required documentation, access may be denied, and your enrollment may be voided without refund.

5. Payments and Financial Responsibility

By submitting payment, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected program or service.

We may offer:

  • Full tuition payments

  • Deposits to secure enrollment

  • Manual payment plans

If you enter a payment arrangement, you agree to complete all payments as agreed.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

  • Suspension of access

  • Withholding of documentation or certificates

6. NO REFUND POLICY

Ruby’s Academy for Health Occupations maintains a strict no-refund policy.

All payments are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Administrative action

  • Program deposits

  • Tuition payments and Payment plans

  • Transcript request fees and Continuing education purchases

  • Digital course access

  • Administrative fees

  • Once payment is submitted, it is non-refundable.

This policy applies regardless of:

  • Change of mind

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Personal circumstances

  • Employment changes

  • Failure to attend

  • Withdrawal after enrollment

  • Failure to complete the program

  • Inability to meet prerequisites after payment

  • Technical issues outside of our control

Because we reserve capacity, allocate administrative resources, and grant immediate access to systems, all payments are considered earned upon receipt. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Course Access and Delivery

For continuing education and digital materials:

  • Access details are sent to the email address provided

  • It is your responsibility to ensure your email is correct

  • You are responsible for checking spam or promotions folders

Access issues caused by incorrect email submission or personal device restrictions do not create eligibility for a refund.

8. Transcript Requests

Transcript processing begins upon payment.

All transcript request fees are final and non-refundable.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information provided by the requester.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

  • Course Materials

  • Videos

  • Exams and Handouts

  • Website Content

  • Graphics

  • Documents

Are the property of Ruby’s Academy for Health Occupations, and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission. Unauthorized sharing may result in legal action and termination of access.

10. Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit fraudulent information

  • Attempt unauthorized system access

  • Share login credentials

  • Disrupt school operations

  • Harass staff

We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke access for violations.

11. No Guarantee of Employment or Licensing

Ruby’s Academy provides education and training services.

We do not guarantee:

  • Job Placements

  • Employment Offers

  • Income Levels

  • Licensing approvals

  • Credential acceptance by third parties

Employment and licensing decisions are made by external-entities and are outside our control.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Ruby’s Academy for Health Occupations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this site or services.

Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in dispute.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruby’s Academy for Health Occupations from claims, damages, or expenses resulting from:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of services

  • Violation of applicable laws

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.
