For over 20 years, Ruby’s Academy has been a trusted leader in Broward County, helping students build careers in Practical Nursing, Medical Assisting, and Home Health Aide. ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Starting your journey at Ruby’s Academy is straightforward, and our team supports you through every step so you feel confident and prepared.
Step 1: Secure Your Seat
Submit your registration deposit or tuition payment to reserve your place in the upcoming cohort.
Step 2: Complete Your Application
After securing your seat, you will complete the online or in-person application so our team can review your information and confirm your readiness.
Step 3: Enrollment Review
An Enrollment Counselor will review your application.
If nothing raises a red flag and all information is complete, you will be automatically advanced to the next step.
Step 4: Complete Your Enrollment Appointment
Meet with an Enrollment Counselor to confirm your program details, choose your schedule, review expectations, and get answers to any final questions.
Step 5: Begin Your Onboarding Experience
Receive your official Welcome Packet with your enrollment confirmation, orientation details, start date, and preparation checklist so you feel ready for day one.

Direct Payment
Pay your tuition in full using debit or credit.

Student Services will help you customize a plan that fits your budget and your timeline.
Grants & Scholarships
We partner with nonprofit organizations that provide grant-based tuition assistance for eligible students. Some awards may fully or partially cover your tuition.
